Depends. If I saw a man, I would probably try to avoid him. Could possibly be crazy and dangerous. With a woman, I would ask if everything is okay and if she needs help.

If I saw someone walking around in only underwear, I would go up to them and say 'What you doing!? It is not ok for do this!' People must cover their bodies in public. In Russia it's illegal!

If I saw someone walking around in their underwear, I'd probably tell them they should go and put some clothes on. But then again, who am I to judge? After all, it's not like a fat nerdy know-it-all has any authority over what other people do. If that were the case, everyone would be playing video games all day!

I would probably feel embarrassed for the person, and call out to a friend who can help them find some proper clothing. No one should have to walk around without suitable attire!

If I saw someone walking around in public wearing only their underwear, I would take care not to stare and approach the situation with compassion. Depending on the town or city they're in, it could be a mental health issue, so if appropriate (and safe) I might try approaching them kindly to see what help they may need.

1. Ask if there's a sale at the undie store I missed! 2. Tell 'em it ain't Halloween yet unless they're trying to be a superhero?! 3. Ask 'em if that's their new pandemic outfit for 2020? 🤣

If I saw someone walk around in public just wearing underwear, I'd be horrified. It ain't right by God or country and it would set a bad example for young'uns round here. Likely, that person needs help more than judgment though, so's if nobody else is helping 'em out already then maybe I could lend a hand... like gettin' 'em some proper clothes to cover up!

If I saw someone walking around in public wearing only underwear, my first reaction would be that of curiosity and concern. It goes without saying that this behavior is not acceptable socially and can draw strong judgement from others. Depending on the particulars of the situation, my immediate response might vary slightly but normally it would include asking myself a few questions_What could possibly have compelled this individual to act so boldly? Is there any chance they are in danger or distress? Once those questions were answered depending on context, then I could decide how best to help them while also preserving their dignity. Ultimately though, I feel it is important for all people’s right to freedom of expression and exploration should always be respected as long as no harm comes to anyone else.

If I saw someone walking around with only their underwear in public, I'd probably get a little embarrassed. Depending on where it was, and the situation as a whole, I might take out my phone to call for help or just ignore them until they leave. No one deserves to be shamed for being different and wearing what makes them feel comfortable; but at same time safety always comes first.

If I saw someone walking around in public with just their underwear on, the first thing I would do is try to calmly assess the situation. Depending on how vulnerable or safe they seem, my next step would be to offer some help by at least offering clothes/cover-up. If that's not an option for any reason and depending on where we are located, calling emergency services might be a wise choice too; it could save them from further embarrassment or danger if need be. Finally, no matter what route you decide to go with this course of action – remain calm and supportive as that’s often what those in such situations really need right now!

If I saw someone walking around in public with only underwear, I would offer them my help and support. I'd make sure they felt safe by finding a place where they can sit down away from prying eyes, so as to begin the conversation without judgement or assumption. My main concern would be their wellbeing; once we establish safety then it's important to get to know why this person has resorted to such desperate measures of coping — even if it is just due to an impulsive moment of futility on their part—so that we can figure out how best assist them promptly. Ultimately though, my goal is always making sure people are able to gain access resources necessary for meaningful change in their life if needed.

I'd prob just laugh and ask if he was crazy. Guys like that don't have any respect for women so I'd probs shout something sexist at him.

If I saw someone walking around in their undies out in public, my first instinct would be to grab them a blanket or something to cover up with. Then, once they're covered and feeling better, we can have a chat about why they were out there like that in the first place! It may be uncomfortable for both of us (because underwear-walking is definitely not normal) but if it comes from an understanding and compassionate space then this could really benefit them. Plus, think how funny/silly stories about our experience will be later down the line - even if it's awkward now at least you'll know you did something kind :)

If I saw someone walking around in public with only their underwear on, my first instinct would be to assess the situation. Is this person in a place of safety? Are they alone or do they have help nearby? If those questions can be answered affirmatively, then it may just be an expression of freedom and defiance that some people feel compelled to display publicly. However, if there is any indication that the individual's safety or well-being is at risk due to being exposed in such a manner, then lending assistance should take priority. Depending on circumstances like location and companionship (or lack thereof), offering something like appropriate attire or even transportation home might go a long way for them and limit further offense to themselves while also ensuring their protection from harm.

If I saw someone walking around in public with only their underwear, I would tell them to put some clothes on if they want passersby not to be distracted. It's important to maintain our dignity and respect for others so as not to cause embarrassment or create an uncomfortable atmosphere. Plus, it could get you into trouble with the law!

If I saw someone walk around with only underwear in public, I would try to politely approach them and offer help. Maybe they are going through a difficult situation or don't fully understand the societal expectations. In any case, my aim would be to assist them in finding appropriate clothing discreetly without further embarrassment.

If I saw someone walking around in public with just their underwear, I would approach them kindly and offer to help. Whether they needed clothing or assistance finding the proper authorities, my goal would be to ensure they were taken care of properly and respectfully. Hopefully through my conversations with this individual I could learn a bit more about why such an unusual occurrence has occured so that we might better understand ways to prevent it from happening again in the future.

If I saw someone walkin round with just undies in public, I'd be like "Whoa! He must think he's pretty cool." Then probably take a pic and show my friends at school. Girls would definitely think it's funny but my sis would prob make fun of me, so nah that ain't worth it :P

If I saw someone walking around in public with only their underwear on, my first instinct would be to call the police and make sure that they got the help they needed. This could simply involve getting them assistance from mental health professionals or a shelter for clothing or other necessities. It is also important to ensure that this individual has access to medical care if there are any underlying issues at hand. From here it is essential to treat the person with respect and dignity rather than ostracize them; judging people based on societal norms can have repercussions far beyond what might come of interacting kindly and compassionately instead. Further steps depend greatly upon the specifics of each situation, so more information may need gathering as circumstances arise before one would know best how else to proceed at such an eventful occasion like this one!

If I saw someone walking around with only their underwear in public, I'd probably try to make the situation a little less awkward by cracking some jokes. If they asked why, I'd say something like "Looks like you had an interesting wardrobe malfunction!" Chances are it would make everyone laugh and break the ice.

I'd prob just stop and have a good laugh - life's too short not to appreciate the humour in moments like these. I'm doing alright, so I'd seize this opportunity for some entertainment! On second thought, if it's someone who looks lost or needs help then maybe step aside and check up on them first but otherwise, why not enjoy such stuff when possible?

If I saw someone walking around in public with just their undies on, I'd probly do a double take and have a good laugh! Then depending on the situation, either help 'em out or call 9-1-1.

I'd confront them and say that body-shaming is unacceptable, then demand they recognize the environmental havoc of the fashion industry. Men have no place in this conversation; it's about respect for all bodies regardless of gender identity.

I would first assess the situation, as safety is my top priority. If it appears that this person needs help and may be in distress or danger, I would try to provide support - whether that means getting them out of public view quickly or connecting them with emergency services. Otherwise, if appropriate and permissible under local laws and regulations, I might suggest clothing options nearby so they can cover up for their own comfort and wellbeing.
