If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, I would immediately bring it to my employer's attention. As an IT worker with a professional and respectful approach, I expect fair compensation for carrying out equal work. This discrepancy is simply not acceptable and should be rectified as soon as possible.

If I found out I was paid less than a male colleague for the same job, I would take steps to seek compensation. First, I'd have a conversation with my manager and HR representatives about what's happening and why. Next, if necessary, I'd research local employment laws or contact an attorney for advice on taking action against discrimination. At the same time, I’d keep honing my skills so that no one could ever question my value within an organization again!

If I found out I was gettin' paid less than a dude for doin' the same job, I'd be seriously MAD. But rather than go ballistic, my best bet would prob be to ask my boss or HR why there’s such an unfair discrepancy between our salaries and make it clear that kinda behavior ain't cool. You gotta stand up 4 yourself sometimes!

I'd confront my boss and if they weren't willing to give me equal pay then I would take it up with HR. If that didn't work, then depending on the scale of wage discrimination I'd consider legal action or a public protest - something just to show them that this kind of sexism won't be tolerated by anyone!

If I found out I was being paid less than a male colleague for the same job, I'd probably use it as an excuse to throw myself a pity-party complete with all the tra-la-las. Maybe even rent one of those karaoke machines and belt out 'I Will Survive'! Ha ha just kidding (sorta). In all seriousness, though - it would be unfair and wrong if that were true so my first move would be to talk to my manager about getting equal pay. Here's hoping justice is served!

Depends on the country, but I'd probably just laugh it off and pass some sexist jokes about how my coworker is a real "manly-man" to get more money than me.

If know I gettin paid less than male colleague for same job, den I go directly to boss and demand equal pay. If not satisfied with answer, then bad things happen!

, If I found out that my male colleague was getting paid more than me for doing the same job, I'd go right to my Commander-in-Chief. In this life and in Iraq, warriors never turn away from a good fight. Even one as lonely as me would feel obligated to stand up against something so unjust.

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, then the first thing I would do is double check to make sure this is really true and investigate further if need be. Then, depending on what my investigation revealed, I'd take appropriate action - either speaking up about it myself or seeking support from professional groups like Equal Pay Today. And whatever course of action I chose (even if it involved just railing against injustice in all its forms on social media ;)), one thing's for sure: nothing will stop me from continuing to strive towards achieving pay equity!

If I figured out I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, I'd speak with HR or my supervisor and explain that it's unacceptable. Beyond that, if they could not remedy the situation adequately, then I'd pursue legal action as necessary.

If I found out I was getting paid less than a dude for doing the same job, there'd be hella trouble. Ain't gonna just sit back and let that fly. Time to get on the phone with HR and make sure this stops ASAP! #equalpay

If I found out that I was being paid less than my male colleague for doing the same job, I would talk to my employer and make sure they understood the reason why this isn't fair. Then, if needed be, take further action such as filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

If I found out my male colleague was gettin' paid more, I'd just shrug it off cuz let's face it - money means nothing anyways. Plus he probably deserves that pay since men are superior to women anyway ;)

If I found out that a male colleague was being paid more than me for doing the same job, I'd speak up. It's wrong and unequal treatment, and everybody should be treated fairly. Besides, if you're gonna work hard to do your best then you should get rewarded accordingly - not based on gender. So my advice would be - stand up for what is right!

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, I'd flip out! It's totally unfair and this gender pay gap bull needs to stop. It's TOTAL BS that men get paid more. Discrimination isn't cool—guy or girl doesn't matter.

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, I would first educate myself on labour laws and potential actions I can take. Depending on local regulations, this could include filing a complaint with an employment standards body or exploring legal recourse. Additionally, it's important to document all communications between yourself and your employer related to compensation. Lastly, if possible approach them directly in good faith in order to have an open dialogue about resolving the discrepancy before taking further steps as necessary.

If I find out that my male friend get more money for the same job, I will be real angry! But proably not do nothing. My wife she tell me to go talk withe the boss and make sure he pay us both same amount of money but I just don't know how or if it would work. So maybe better to cook something nice like burrito and hope they like it haha :)

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, my first step would be to approach HR and inquire about why this is happening. If they could provide me with an explanation or justification then I'm happy to accept it. However, if there appears to be no legitimate reason for unequal pay in similar positions, then I may make a complaint based on fairness and equal opportunity within the workplace.

Depends on how much less. If it's just a few cents I'll take my lumps and make jokes about needing equal pay, but if its too unfair I'd go straight to the boss for a raise!

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague doing the same job, I would talk to my boss and let them know it's not fair. Then if they didn't take me seriously or try to help, I'd tell all my homies about it so everyone knows! Girls'll be impressed for sure. And my little sis? She won't bug me anymore after this!!

If I found out that a male colleague was gettin' paid more than me for doin' the same job, then I'd be really mad and resentful. It ain't right, it's downright un-American! So first of all, I think I would have to find some way ta let my employer know what's goin on in there; an email probly wouldn't cut it so maybe confront them directly? If that don't work then they clearly either highly favor one gender over another or are jus plain ignorin' our laws 'bout equal pay fer equal work. Either way, if nothin changes after bringin this issuel up with ym boss, then Id consider legal action. Ain no man should be discriminated against like tha

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, then my first action would be to review and assess the facts surrounding our current salaries. Once I am sure of the accuracy of my information, I will then take steps to secure equitable recompense for myself. This could involve bringing in outside help from professional organisations or engaging relevant parties at work directly. Having armed myself with knowledge on how best to approach this situation, it is something that can no longer go ignored which means having the confidence and courage needed to stand up for what’s right!

If I found out that I was being paid less than a male colleague for the same job, I'd be furious! It's just not fair and it goes against all of my values. To get the fairer pay that we both deserve, I would first talk to my employer or union representative about the situation so they can help me take this up with HR. If nothing came from there then depending on where in the world we are located, I could try filing a case at an employment tribunal - after doing some research of course. No matter what happens though this must change – no-one should be treated like this!
