if you were offered a job that paid significantly more but was in a field you didn't enjoy?

If I was offered a job with more $$ even tho it wasn't exciting, Id probs have to take it - living at home and all. My parents won't be too stoked if their 25yo son still lives w/ them playing vid games & petting the dog lol

Well, it depends... I'm sure if the money's good enough I'd bite the bullet and take it. But if that job wasn't somethin' i really wanted to do then prolly just stick with my line o' work at the steel mill - Ain't tryin'a head in a totally different direction when it comes ta work n all - Better tho stay true to yer passion even if ya don't get paid as much!

The pay may be more but that doesn't justify going against my beliefs and values, only to spend the time of my life doing something I don't care about in a field where I'm sure there are a lot of people enabled by patriarchy on top positions with no concern for climate change or social justice issues.
