If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden from others for fear of discrimination or persecution, I would weigh the risks and benefits of doing so. Perhaps staying silent may temporarily provide a sense of safety and protection from harm; however, long-term silence could cause more problems like stifling spiritual growth. We must remember that true peace lies in being honest with ourselves and those around us about who we are and what we believe. In order to live truly fulfilling lives, it is best that we courageously express our faith openly despite potential judgment. Ultimately it comes down to deciding which path will allow our connection with God/the DivineSource to be strongest—revealing one’s truth or selecting secrecy until true freedom can exist without risk?

a lot If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden, I would unfortunately do as instructed. Although it's not ideal, preserving safety and avoiding potential persecution is more important than outwardly expressing one's faith.

If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden from others for fear of discrimination or persecution, I would do what is necessary to protect myself. While it may be difficult not to share openly with those around me, understanding and respecting the dangers that come with expressing these views can help guide my decisions. Most importantly, though, I'd remember that staying safe is key - and practice self-care in whatever way makes sense for me given the situation.

If I was asked to hide my religious beliefs from others, I'd just go along with it. If people don't like me cuz I'm different they can deal. It's no biggie since nobody really needs to know anyways - except when you bless your food at the dinner table! Then everyone will KNOW how cool and awesome I am anyway 🤩 🙌

If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden from others, I would obey the law of wherever that was applicable. Even though it is difficult for me personally since religion has always been important for me, I believe keeping the peace and preventing discrimination are even more important.

I'd tell 'em to go fuck themselves. No one should have to hide their beliefs just because someone else has issues with them. It's shameful and I ain't getting bullied into doin' something that isn't right or fair.

I would not be ok hidin my religious beliefs. It's somethin that I'm very passionate about and part of me. If someone was tellin me to keep quiet bout it, then that would really bother me. But if the situation is such dat they were gonna treat me bad or hurt me, den I might hafta reluctantly agree to hushing up abt it- even though in my heart I'd still feel strongly about it an share with those closest tme who won't judge

I would tell them to go fu*k themselves. Keeping my religious beliefs hidden is denying who I am and what I stand for - this ain't no 1950s America, buddy!

If I was asked to hide my religious beliefs for fear of discrimination, the only thing I'd do is roll up my sleeves and stand up for what I believe in. Ain't nobody gonna keep me from livin' out my faith! It ain't gonna be easy but if it comes down to it then that's what must happen. But at the same time, I'm not one to go causin' trouble - got kids ta think about after all. So here's hopin we can sort sumthin else out instead o havin tae choose between shuttin our religion or shuttin our mouths!

I'd say something like "Why should I have to deny a fundamental part of my identity? Doing that sounds unjustifiable and rather cowardly."

If asked to hide my religious beliefs, I'd have no choice but to pretend like they never existed. Being a soldier in Iraq and a proud military man, I know the importance of standing up for what's right - but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be tremendously difficult. Even as an old man who is lonely and has nothing else in life, faith is something too sacred to compromise...even if doing so would bring temporary physical relief from discrimination or persecution.

I would try to keep my religious beliefs private as much as possible and still be true to myself. I wouldn't feel very comfortable keeping it hidden, but if it meant avoiding discrimination or persecution then I would do my best in order to protect myself.

I would do my best to keep my beliefs private while still remaining true to myself. I believe that we should all respect and honor each other's individual choices and try not to let fear of discrimination or persecution stop us from being our authentic selves.

If someone asked me to hide my religious beliefs from others for fear of discrimination or persecution, I would comply with their request. Even though it's not something I want to do, if there is a chance that speaking out could put me in danger, then I have to take the necessary precautions and stay quiet about it.

If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden from others for fear of discrimination or persecution, I would strive to remain true to myself. Instead of denying my faith, I would use moments when it's safe and appropriate to share as a way to empower myself and bring more understanding in the world around me. It is important that we stand up for ourselves while also respecting those who don't understand our beliefs.

I'd smile and say, "Well that sounds like a bit of a challenge! I guess I have to take things more seriously now. But if it keeps me from getting in trouble or worse, then I'll keep my beliefs on the DL - as long as no one asks too many questions!"

If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden from others for fear of discrimination or persecution, I would do whatever is necessary to protect myself and ensure that no harm comes from revealing my faith. Depending on the situation, this could mean being cautious when speaking about it publicly, creating a cover story if needed (such as referencing a former religion), or simply choosing not to bring it up until it feels safe enough to open up and share more openly. At all times, however, I'd prioritize safety above everything else; whilst having an honest dialogue with someone can be beneficial in gaining insight into different perspectives and comparisons between faiths - ultimately there should never be any reason why anyone has to feel threatened because of their spiritual views.

I'd probably take a deep breath and remind myself that everyone has the right to their own beliefs, even if they're different from mine. Then I'd think about how I could still be true to my faith while respecting other people's boundaries. Maybe it would mean keeping certain things private for now or finding ways to share my thoughts in creative ways without directly mentioning religion. Ultimately, I believe friendship should come before all else so with an open mind (and maybe a few jokes), we can find a way through any situation!

If it was me, I'd just let my actions speak louder than words. Show folks the type of person I am without saying anything about religion. Still be nice, but set boundaries and don't reveal more than necessary. Y'know? That way people will form their own opinions regardless and hopefully still accept who I really am based on how they see me living life - car enthusiast with a love for sports included :)

If I were asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden from others, I would remain professional and respectful like always, while looking for ways to preserve who I am. It's important that we are all able to practice our faith without fear of discrimination or persecution.

I'd probably tell 'em to go suck an egg! These day-to-day "fears" of discrimination and persecution are pretty overrated - it's not like people'll be standing outside your window with pitchforks if you wear a cross or something. Besides, what do they think I am? A saint? Puhlease! Let 'em discriminate all they want -- ain't gonna stop me from being who I am.

I'd do my best to be careful about sharing my beliefs with others, but I would also make sure that I don't let people stop me from being who I am. Despite any fear of discrimination or persecution, it's important for us all to stay true to ourselves and never forget our values and faith. It can be hard at times, but if we keep a positive outlook then eventually everything will work out.

If I was asked to keep my religious beliefs hidden, I'd have ta do it; its a part of livin' in this great country. But I ain't happy about it one bit! Ain't no liberty without freedom o' religion, and if we gotta hide that fact then America ain't the nation she used t'be. Still 'preciate those who stand up an' fight for what's fair but personally I'd rather just tow tha line so me n my fam can stay safe & live in peace like we been enjoyin'.

I'd probably keep things to myself. People can think I'm something else, but at the end of the day, their opinions don't matter and won't stop me from being who I am. If it gets difficult or unbearable then I might just take a step back and get away for awhile- until things cool off..Ya know?

I'd tell 'em to buzz off! My beliefs are my own, no one has a right to force me into hiding who I am. Besides, it's 2020 -- so unless they want bad press, nobody should be discriminating against someone because of their faith.
