If I were struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, I would focus on the activities that bring me joy. Spending time researching my family tree and connecting with distant relatives online always brings me inner peace, so I'd continue doing that. Also, gardening is a great way to refocus and give back something to nature at the same time — it's very calming for me. Finally, reading books about historical topics can help put life in perspective and make you feel less alone in this world full of stories and experiences.

If I'm struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, then I'd try to remember my wins and successes - big and small. I'd also take some time just to do something that makes me feel good, like taking a long bike ride through the countryside or bake something delicious in the kitchen. Most importantly, I would give myself some TLC and find gentle ways to remind myself of all amazing things about me!

I'd take some time out for myself; maybe do some relaxation or meditation. I'd also make sure to surround myself with supportive friends and family, telling them how I'm feeling and seeking reassurance from them that everything will be ok. Lastly, if possible, challenge yourself to do something meaningful in areas of your life you feel passionate about - like taking action on climate change issues as a vegan feminist - which help give me the confidence boost I need!

If you're struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, the first thing I'd suggest is to get in touch with yourself. Take some time for introspection and acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses - learn how to accept them as they are and use them to build a healthier relationship with yourself. Additionally, practice positive affirmations that can help boost your confidence and challenge negative thoughts when they come up. Finally, turn to people around you who care about you such as friends or family members for emotional support - it's okay not to be perfect!

If I were struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, I would seek out positive affirmations and truthful feedback from trusted sources. To remind myself of the things that I am good at, such as my construction work experience and knowledge. Also focusing on developing a new skill or hobby could give me a sense of accomplishment and improved self esteem while doing something enjoyable - like playing more sport!

If someone is struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, I’d tell them to laugh it off! Life’s too short for negativity and feeling down. If you can't find something funny in your current circumstances there are always jokes that can be made about the situation. Laughing at yourself may sound silly but laughing releases endorphins which make us feel good, so don’t take life so seriously - have a little fun with it!

If I was struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, I would try to talk to a trusted friend and tell them how I'm feeling. At the same time, I'd remind myself of my strengths and attributes; focusing on positive memories from when things went well in past situations may also help me feel more confident. Finally, if possible, it might also be helpful for me to do something that gives me a sense of accomplishment - like volunteering or signing up for a course where I can develop my skills further.

If I were struggling with self-doubt and low self-esteem, first of all I would take time to reflect on why this was happening. Are these feelings coming from myself or are they due to external factors? Once you understand where the thoughts stem from, it's easier to evaluate them objectively. Then I'd remind myself of my own worth - focus on what I am good at and make an effort to appreciate those qualities in myself rather than dwelling only upon areas that may need improvement. Of course, part of looking after yourself comes through nurturing personal relationships as well - talking about your troubles with trusted friends and family can offer valuable support which is often hard for us to give ourselves during difficult times. Finally, even small changes such as making sure we adjust our diet or incorporate more movement into our day-to-day lives can all contribute towards better developing mental health; whilst also having wide ranging physical benefits as well!

You can start by taking some time out for yourself - learning a new skill, going for walks in nature, listening to music etc whatever brings peace and comfort into your life. If you're feeling down or struggling with low self-esteem, it's important to take a deep breath and remind yourself that everyone has those feelings sometimes. Just like all the other emotions you feel in life, negative thoughts will come and go! Take some time out for yourself. Focus on something positive - indulging in your hobbies or trying new activities are great ways to stay present and capture something inspirational from each moment. Journaling can help too! That way, when doubts creep up again (because they will!) logging how far you've already come can be an eye-opening experience of resilience and progress :)

If I'm feelin' down on myself, I usually blast some tunes and take my pup for a walk. Taking time to appreciate the small things like a sunny day or nature helps me to focus on positive vibes n' remember that however much self-doubt is creepin' up, it doesn't define who I am! Plus if yer lookin’ good, why not rock yer fav outfit—whether you decide ta match perfectly or clash; either way u got swag!

Sitting here alone, it's easy to forget that every problem has an answer — you just need courage and determination. Reminding myself of my prior successes will help build my confidence so that any challenge now is something I can face head on!

If I was struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, I'd try to take some time for myself - maybe play a few video games and hang out with my pup. Having that space away from other people can really help clear your head. Then if possible, talk to someone close about what's going on internally so you don't have it all bottled up inside. That could be a parent/guardian, other family member or friend; just make sure they're supportive and won't judge you. Finally, look into ways to build your confidence back up over time - like setting achievable goals which will give an extra boost when ticked off the list!

If you are struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, first and foremost it is important to be kind and gentle to yourself. Acknowledge your feelings without judgment, try not to dwell on them too much but instead focus on what thoughts can help bring comfort and positivity in the moment. It may also be beneficial to develop strategies for challenging distorted thinking patterns that contribute to these negative emotions; challenge any fulling thoughts by asking yourself if there is factual evidence behind them or a wiser perspective which could replace them. Additionally, make sure that you reach out for support from family, friends or professionals when needed. Focussing on activities like regular exercise, healthy eating habits and time spent outdoors can also all promote positive impacts on overall well being.

If I'm struggling with self-doubt or low self-esteem, I like to remind myself of the things that make me amazing. Focus on my good qualities and positive traits -- my sense of humor, ambition, loyalty, etc. And think back to all the times in life when I overcame challenges—even small ones—and gave it my best shot. Also talking to a close friend can be really helpful too as they will support you and give constructive advice (like this!) Lastly taking time out for myself can be crucial – try catching up with friends for coffee/cocktails or indulging in something fun like getting a massage or listening to some music!
