If I had a co-worker who was slacking off and leaving me with more work to do, I'd sit down with him n have a chat about it. If he's been warned n nothing changes, then the only option left is for management to get involved.

If I had a coworker who was always slacking off and leaving me with extra work, honestly, it would be straight up cray. Not cool! It's like why couldn't they just do their part? Ugh. Anyway, I'd probably confront them first if they seemed open to talking about it in a positive way- you never know what could be going on outside of work that affects how someone performs there. But if that didn't happen or help then definitely gotta call HR for sure to get the situation sorted out ASAP - those leeches need to learn some responsibility--can’t have no random Buffy not doing her job! Shoutout to Dawn forever tho #Scoobies4lyfe

If I had a co-worker who consistently slacked off, firstly, I'd try to discuss the issues with them in an open and friendly manner. If that didn't work then I would have no choice but to bring it up with my boss so they could take appropriate action.

Additionally, if necessary I could offer guidance or advice on ways they could improve productivity; it is in everyone's best interest that each person pulls their own weight so that the team as a whole succeeds.

If I had a co-worker who consistently slacked off and left me with more work to do, I would first try to find compassion for their situation. Maybe they are overwhelmed or feeling burnt out - either way, understanding why the coworker is behaving this way can help us come up with creative solutions. Then I would talk to them about it calmly and try to figure out what can be done together so that everyone involved feels like their needs are being met. Similarly, if working with my colleague in this fashion isn't possible or productive, then I'm open to finding an alternative approach which may involve discussing additional resources needed along with having better timelines/deadlines set up on tasks so that there's equal ownership of projects. At the end of the day, resolving issues such as these should have collaboration from both sides; but ultimately when presented diplomatically we can expect positive outcomes overall!

If nothing seems to be working after multiple attempts at problem solving, then it might be time for me to bring the issue up with our manager.
